At Vital Matters, we aim to provide high-quality lingerie products and a comfortable shopping experience. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we follow a strict return and exchange policy to maintain hygiene and product quality.

1. Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie products are generally non-returnable once delivered.

However, returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

2. Exchange Policy

Vital Matters allows size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All tags and hygiene seals must be intact
  • Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or washed lingerie
  • Products without original tags
  • Items without hygiene seal
  • Products damaged due to customer handling

To request an exchange:

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is out of stock for exchange
  • The product is damaged or defective
